Had to bring the van back for a repair that was done. They had me right on the next day and with a curtesy car while my van was being repaired. The best thing was that they were able to get it back the same say!
Darrell in the service department was a pleasure to deal with, he was very knowledgeable and informative, he was very thorough with explaining the issues with my jeep diesel, and the repairs were completed in a very timely manner, thanks for the great service
It took longer than expected only because they were making sure everything was good. Also, first time, they cleaned my interior. Nice.

From the moment I walked into Londonderry Dodge Jeep and met with Rob G and Chad M I was treated like an old friend. I really appreciated the no-pressure help to find a Jeep that was perfect for me , acreage living and adventuring with our dogs. I felt I got a fair trade on my Durango and all within budget. We will definitely be back for my husbands next vehicle and I will highly recommend the Londonderry team to friends and family.

Would have been 5 stars but deducting one star for being told that they don’t give appointments for oil changes, it’s first come, first served. I would think during Covid, appointments would reduce the number of people in the waiting area.
