Lyle in sales is Top Notch making it easy to find the right truck and quick to get results when I called him . Everybody else associated with the deal were very accommodating.
It did take a bit longer than expected, but still reasonable. The waiting room was well spaced out to meet social distancing, and when my rep came over she kept the required distance. Good experience.

Great experience. Most of it was done by text and phone, no need to sweat in the dealership anymore. Even the test drive was great, they dropped off the vehicle and took our trade. This way we get to assess the vehicle on our own terms and the dealership can assess our trade. Time in the finance office was a bit chatty, but that’s to be expected.
