Staff was slow to assist me as I waited in line for seven minutes while the only person at her station was with a customer. Raelene then came out and served me was very friendly and pleasant. When I went to pick up my vehicle I did not have to wait at all and Raelene thoroughly explained what had been done to fix my vehicle and the upcoming service for my Jeep. Raelene had someone bring my vehicle around right away. Overall I was very impressed with the service.Ā
