You did not to bad,but did not follow through on some of the things you told me you were going to do.. Like shampoo rugs and seats and carpets. I asked if it had locking nuts and a owners manual the answer was NO. I found them in the vehicle.So I presume nobody really checked.

The service on my Jeep was extremely efficient. All of the staff were very professional . It was a pleasure dealing with the Service dept .
