My visit regarding a seat belt concern was all as per usual until my Service Advisor, Luci, called me back later that day to say Londonderry would like to make an appointment to R/R the seat belt at no cost. Wow was I surprised and over the top pleased. I can say "I love Luci" & Londonderry. What a New Years Gift. Thank You Londonderry Chrysler.
I had winter tires installed on my 1500. Bought the tires there as well. The tire swap was done well and within the time they quoted. Happy with the service.
