Amy was very helpful in setting up the dates for getting the roof repaired. Amy called to see if things were going ok. She was quite professional. The working crew was always very busy and efficient. We watched some while they were performing their duties. They cleaned up the roof debris from around the home nicely. The entire process was easy, honest, and stress-free. AMY was an outstanding Project Manager and was helpful throughout the entire process. She checked in regularly, ensured all my questions were answered, and helped me handle the final payment without issue. From the initial inspection through job completion, I would recommend Long Home Products to others who need a roof replacement.
Long Home Products did a fantastic job installing my new roof. Their product was more than the one other quote I’d received, but I’m convinced their professionalism more than made the difference worth while. Installers came on time, and the tile chosen was one I picked it, the installation seems well done, I did not get pictures of the plywood installed, but all work was done in time, and the service support was excellent.
Very informative and pleasant experience. They guys were more than willing to level with me and shoot straight.
Went with Long Roofing whe we needed to replace our 30 year old roof. They did a good job, the roof looks great. Just remember the salesman is selling ...not everything he told us was true..1 day job became a 3 day...I'll have a double crew to get it done, a crew of 4 showed up...we'll take the fire escape down...they had no clue and I had to sign an addendum to the contract that if any damage it was not their responsibility. We are getting 25 custom black-framed, black-grid replacement windows through Long. So far our experience has been excellent! Our salesman was knowledgeable and worked with us to find a solution that (1) meets our needs and (2) we can manage financially. The technician who came out to do detailed measurements was also very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Now we're just waiting for the windows to be manufactured and installed. Can't wait to see the finished product!
The roofing crew did a great job with the work and the cleanup. The one or two minor issues/miscommunications which came up were resolved in less than a day.
