Workers were very thorough. Natacha was very informative and tried to keep me updated even after the install. The crew did a great job.
Very friendly and comprehensive about the product. However, a little too insistent nosed about the hard sell even after we stated that the “right now estimate” was not possible for us. We were promised a 60-90 min appointment but instead it took 3 hours. They replaced our roof this summer and replaced our back patio door this fall. We had great experiences with both projects. Communication was excellent, right from the start. Our sales contact was (and still is) amazing, answered all my questions, and impressed me with his knowledge of the products and the company itself. We just purchased a new roof, trim and gutters with Long Home Products. They will be installed soon but I just wanted to thank Alex for his professionalism and educating us on roofs.
