Overall, I am very satisfied. Both the carpenters and plumbers who worked on our shower were experienced and knowledgeable and were able to complete the project in a timely manner. The quality of the materials is better than from local suppliers. The sales staff was willing to work with us to find the best way to meet our needs and stay within our budget. The project manager and the office support staff answered all our questions whenever we called. Good people from top to bottom.
Alejandro the project coordinator responded to all my questions and concerns with poised and professionalism. Other staff worked tirelessly to get the work done to my satisfaction. Great experience. Installers didn't waste any time and did a beautiful job installing my new windows. Crystal was my project manager and kept in touch during the day to see how things were going.
We’ve had Long Home Products do a few jobs for us and it has been a good experience. Crystal Huff has been communicative throughout and has ensured everything went smoothly and that we were happy. In a market where contractors never return calls or show up, Long Home Products has been the exact opposite. They do what they promise, do it on time, and get any issues sorted out quickly and smoothly.
Randy helped me adjust to the big news of needing a new roof, and did all he could to make it affordable
The PM Crystal kept me informed through the whole process. The workers were very professional. I am very pleased with the quality of work performed.
Overall, very pleased especially with the product itself (I had a flat roof replacement). Everyone connected to the company that I encountered was pleasant and professional. The reason for my rating is that I used Long's finance option (through a 3rd party). The monthly payment amount the sales rep quoted me was significantly less than what was documented in the 3rd party paper work I received in the mail. Your guys did a great job. They were courtesy and friendly. The only problem I had was I found a lot of nails after they left.
