Dr. Lucas is very personable and takes time with her patients at each visit. She is very cautious and I sincerely appreciate that. My families medical history is not the best and Dr. Lucas stays on top of that. I know I am in good hands.

Dr. Lucas with her busy schedule does contact the patient with results of tests. Stephanie her patient contact person, also, is very amicable and answers all my questions. If not, she refers me to Dr. Lucas. Dr. Lucas is so, so much better than Dr. Friedman who I saw for years, but I had to make a change due to lack of communication.

Dr. Lucas is efficient, yet listens and asks questions to arrive at best treatments. She keeps me on a tight schedule for scopes and that's a good thing because I might put them off a little. I have not had any serious problems, but I know I'd be in good hands if anything were to creep up. I also enjoy her easy going manner:)
