She gave us misleading information since the beginning. She seemed inexperienced. She was hard to reach and told us the week of our closing that we could not close because of underwriting issues. Even though she had our file and information for over 2 months. When she called to give us the devastating news her response was “sorry Luisa but it is what it is”. In previous conversations She also stated she was very busy and would put our file through underwriting when she “had the time.”
