Lou was always personable, available, helpful and patient with us! My husband and I are "technically challenged" and Lou was very patient in explaining how to get things done per computer and etc. He was always there for us...evenings and weekends. Lou is a definite asset to your company and the only regret we have is that we never had a chance to meet him in person to thank him.
