To say that Lou was an exceptional lender is an understatement. He was always available to educate us on our first home purchase and went above and beyond time and time again. Lou was always personable, available, helpful and patient with us! My husband and I are "technically challenged" and Lou was very patient in explaining how to get things done per computer and etc. He was always there for us...evenings and weekends. Lou is a definite asset to your company and the only regret we have is that we never had a chance to meet him in person to thank him.

Lou was great to work with and helped my wife and I the entire way. I didn't get a chance to meet Lou directly because of the COVID pandemic, but he was available anytime day, evening, or weekend to talk with me and assist during my home search.
