Lou and his team were great to work with. Even during these challenging times they made the process simple to manage and the with the streamlined approach they have the actual closing was very quick. Lou Tornambe and the team at Guaranteed Rate were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were incredibly responsive and you can tell Lou really cares about his customers. I would also like to specifically mention the technology that Guaranteed Rate has brought to the table in this industry in terms of Transfersafe and FlashClose. My husband and I really enjoyed working with Lou. He walked us through the whole process and took the time to answer all questions we had as they came up several times during the process. He was very patient with us and very friendly and personable. He was always available to talk on the phone when needed.
