Lou was so helpful throughout our entire process. We are first time home buyers and he took the time to answer every question for us at any time of day. I didn't get a chance to meet Lou directly because of the COVID pandemic, but he was available anytime day, evening, or weekend to talk with me and assist during my home search. I was a first time homebuyer, and Lou helped making procuring a mortgage easier than I could have imagined. He called right after my closing to give his congratulations and see if I had any additional questions.
