After the last visit I decided not to go back for these reasons : I was getting Brazilian hair removal, basically to remove the hair inside, when I asked her to get inside she always said I did it before, I had to bring a friend with me whenever I go for the session to help her out to get the Brazilian done properly, because she was not touching the interior part, when I got unhappy last time and told her would you please do the interior she got so mad and said with a rude disrespectful way, we do it next time when you come ... read more
At my initial consultation, I was given a price and the promotion that was occurring. Before leaving I asked if the promotion would still be available on a given date and was told yes. When I called to set up my coolsculpting appointment, I was then notified that $500 was due up front, which was never discussed before and on top of that the promotion, which I was told would be available on that date, was now no longer available.
I was very upset with the attitude I received after using Dr. Bucky's office for so many surgeries and treatments.
Had very little reaction to the peel. Very little redness or peeling so wondering if there was any benefit.
I was cancelled last minute due to Kimmi being ill which I truly understand. However, I think rescheduling should be easier and the client not made to feel like a pest or unwanted by the scheduler. I was told I'm not the only person to be rescheduled after calling 3x, no one from the office initiated a call except to cancel the spot. I was told by the doctor I would only need Advil after surgery. This was not the case. The experience afterward, for a total of seven days was the hardest recovery I’ve ever had. I’ve had a baby, had work done on my teeth at the dentist as well as lasik for my eyes, but this by far was the most painful. The doctors shouldn’t tell people it’s such an easy recovery. The consult went well. The consult fee of 100.00 didn't sit well with me especially since I was never told. In fact, the office cancelled my first consult appointment where I would've been able to receive a service - ( I took day off) so when they rescheduled date I couldn't get service since I had to go back to work. Again - didn't know this police beforehand. Would've planned better. This bothered me so much that I decided not to come back for services that were discussed during my consult. I felt cheated.
Clinician told me what she would do and communicated throughout the procedure.
He's a bit weird and made me feel uncomfortable.
