Lack of empathy and dismissiveness from the doctor who spends very little time examining the situation. I always feel like a side show during appointments, as he always is bringing in another doctor during the visit. He's willing to try something else, but said "I can only promise 50% improvement" for an issue I did not have prior to first surgery.

I am highly dissatisfied with my service because I was treated with botox and was not told that if I didnt come back in 2 weeks that i wouldn't receive a free touch-up. It was posed as 'we suggest coming back in 2 weeks' but with my work schedule I could not come back in time. While I was coming to my follw-up appointment a month later we came to the wrong office which was 10 minutes from the correct office and they said we had to come back another day and that there was no way they could squeeze us in. They did not prepare me for the possibility of gross scarring at the bottom of ears. It looked like Bride of Frankenstein with blood running down from back of ears for weeks. The scars needed more corrective surgery which I will probably have done elsewhere.
My scar indents in the middle, my belly button closed and has "sunburst" scar and lipo wasn't enough on my fupa.

Tara, the laser aesthetician had terrible patient care. After my treatment, She said I may have a "couple of days" of swelling not much. My face blew up, I texted her the next day. She texted back - with an attitude of "you'll be fine." Next day, it was much worse, I texted her again, she did not respond or even bother to pick up the phone or even initiate a call to me, despite the fact that I had texted her the previous days.
