I had a treatment done. Never contacted again about a follow up. Poor customer service despite an otherwise good treatment session.
The Botox took away almost all my wrinkles on my forehead & other surrounding areas!! All the areas I needed to be treated were done well. However, I am still so unhappy with how my Juvaderm treatment turned out on one side of my mouth. I have 2 dark curved lines that I am not able to conceal with make up & look terrible.

This is the second or third time I've had the treatment and I had no improvement. Rachel was a great technician and I certainly do not think this was her fault. For some reason the treatment does not seem to work on me.

Lack of empathy and dismissiveness from the doctor who spends very little time examining the situation. I always feel like a side show during appointments, as he always is bringing in another doctor during the visit. He's willing to try something else, but said "I can only promise 50% improvement" for an issue I did not have prior to first surgery.
