I was satisfied with my experience with Dr. Bucky because I felt as though he was looking out for my best interest. He asked me what I wanted to change and why before he even looked at me. He wanted me to be making a change for the right reasons. I felt secure with his abilities and that I was in the right hands. I also felt that his staff was attentive and informative and always very kind.

Everyone was engaged and responded quickly on my concerns. I love the results. The only problem was the long wait at the hospital in a chaotic waiting room.

Kimmi was extremely knowledgeable about the facial structure and where/why you inject botox in certain locations. She completely understood my goals and did not oversell me. She explained everything in an easy to understand manner and took her time, I didn't feel rushed. Treatment results made me look refreshed, did not freeze my face. Also had no bruising or swelling.
