The staff are very welcoming. The receptionist is competent (so often, there is a smiling female at the front desk of an office who is pleasant but often dumb or bored). Treatment appointment times are mostly kept (I more than most people want people to be on time).
Valerie is professional and thoughtful. She listens to me and makes good recommendations. She does not try to oversell me on procedures. Very natural
Valerie always takes the time to talk about the procedure and what to expect. She also advises on other procedures that I might benefit from. Valerie is a pro and always places the injections right where I need them. The results are consistent and well done.
Valerie was very honest and down-to-earth. The entire procedure was quick and painless. I was 100% satisfied with the results and the patient care I recieved. Thank you! Fillers were exactly what I wanted. I look more youthful, with minimal recovery time!
Kim is a very talented consultant and injector. She listens to your concerns, analyzes the situation, and explains the procedure. Her results are fabulous! I trust her immensely. The procedure did enhance the fullness of my face and made me look younger and natural.

Kimmi was extremely knowledgeable about the facial structure and where/why you inject botox in certain locations. She completely understood my goals and did not oversell me. She explained everything in an easy to understand manner and took her time, I didn't feel rushed. Treatment results made me look refreshed, did not freeze my face. Also had no bruising or swelling.
Filler in my chin has really enhanced my overall facial profile. I love the way it looks. I also have been getting filler under my eye/cheek area to reduce the appearance of my sagging malar fat pad. The appearance of these "bags" has reduced significantly since going to Kim. Feeling confident with the way I look and "enhancing" what I was born. Overall looking like a better version of myself.
