This is a first class operation - they take their service and food presentations seriously. Each course was presented in a way that demonstrated orginality and creativity.
We celebrated an anniversary there with decent service for a nervous waiter who seemed new. The food was good. We were outside on the patio and it was very nice, despite being in a strip mall.
The experience was good, not great. We went early on a Saturday so the place was half full which was nice. The staff and decor was very nice. Again, the food was good...not amazing. Our apps were fine, the salmon was fine, and the chocolate lava cake was probably the best part. We did also have issues with knats flying around which was not very pleasant.
What a gem. Everythng about the place is wonderful. Ask for Robert as your server he went beyond great.
The food was good but not great this time. I love the owner and the staff but the chef has to go. Some days he is ok other days he's off. For example, I had the chicken marsala and it was cooked perfectly. However the tomato risotto tasted like boiled rice and canned spaghetti sauce. There were raw pieces of garlic folded into the rice. It was awful. We love Luce. The restaurant is making a comeback and I would hate for it lose momentum because of the chef.
what a great place to find,they make you feel at home you want to go to Italy,well maybe you are already there.
I took my date here for Valentine's day. We were running a little late, I called the restaurant to let them know. They moved my reservation up another 15 minutes with no hassle. When we got there they took us directly to a table, zero wait. They had a special menu that night, and it was a little pricey but well worth it. The service was great, the food was incredible, the wine list was extensive and the decor was very classy. All around it was a great experience. I will definitely be back.
Loved the food and the ambiance. They had a V-day menu that was more expensive but delicious. Loved the candles on the table.
My order of Veal Piccata was excellent, servied with spinach linguine and toasted garlic vegetables.The Linguine Con Frutti Di Mare was tasty but served so hot that it burned my husband's tongue. Our waitress did not tell us anything about the buy one entree, get one free special that was going on or the happy hour special drinks and appetizers, even though we asked if there were any specials. All in all, we did enjoy our dining experience.
