Having grown up on traditional Italian cooking it is rare to find an Italian restaurant that comes anywhere close to authentic, especially in San Antonio, TX. Luce is one of those rare gems. After our first dinner there it became our favorite place to enjoy good wine and good food. The dishes are traditional Italian and always excellent. Great restaurant, huge wine list and wine displays through out restaurant. Quiet, slow paced, relaxing and comfortable. My wife and I usually share at least a bite from each others plates when we have a new find... I was relieved when she told me that I was not going to receive any of her fish... because I certainly did not want to share any of my chicken breast with her.. dessert was to die for...and the service complimented the entire evening.
Excellent Dining experience, wonderful food with unique selections. Decor is amazing, love all the wine bottles. great atmosphere and everyone enjoyed the selections from appitizers to all the different desserts. Will definely go again.

A hidden gem with excellent service and ambience. Soft music from the DJ entertained us throughout the evening.

Wonderful food, the lasagna was really something special. The deserts were wonderful. The service was superb, our waitress was so nice & made you feel like royalty. Lots and lots of wine, all around the restaurant, so if you like wine, this is the place for you.
Great happy hour and tucked away enough in the strip mall it's in to feel cozy. Great job with the service, great food for the value, and everything fresh and served in a traditional style. Will definitely return.
