Incredibly responsive and professional. Took ownership of our loan and helped with recommendations, inspectors, contractors and local knowledge. In an automated world, it is so nice to see a company personalizing customer service. They knocked it out of the park!!!
Lorcan and his staff were tremendous as they helped us through our mortgage. He was calm at bumps in the road and was remained very positive throughout the process. Nothing seemed to ruffle his feathers and he was willing to take calls and questions any time we needed help. He even offered to help us move in our piano!
