The process of refinancing was relatively painless. The office personnel was professional, prepared,friendly and completed the work in a timely fashion.

Lorcan was super. He explained the process and was patient with my sometimes stupid questions. He was always responsive and prompt to answer my phone calls or emails and was very professional. I don't think I could ask for a better lender. There is a lot of paperwork and verification that is needed and he patiently worked with me throughout the process.
