I can't say enough about Lorcan Lucey and his staff - they are extremely courteous, reliable, approachable and professional. I've worked with Lorcan for 12 - 13 years and always recommend him to people. He even provides his personal cell phone number and takes calls when he is out of the office. You won't find a better lender!!!

Lorcan and his team are the team you want. First of all, he answers the phone when you call! He made the process of obtaining a mortgage painless. From start to finish, he was timely, informative going above and beyond to help me get what I needed. His team was willing to explain to me what was needed, how to get it and even let me come to the office to organize and get it all done.

From start to finish Lorcan and his staff advised what to do, how to do it, and helped with questions as they cropped up. At no time was I intimidated by the process.
I have used Lorcan twice now and each time the process has been so easy. They tell me what is needed and I download it and they do the rest. I think the total amount of time that I spent was less than 30 minutes!

Lorcan is phenomenal. I was previously a Quicken Loans customer because I'd gotten less-than-stellar service from other local brokers before, but when QL couldn't handle our "jumbo" purchase, we asked Lorcan and literally within 90 minutes he had everything arranged.
