My first time needing service and my Luci (Touring) got picked up within 30 minutes of calling and I picked her up 4 hours later. Francisco is who helped me and got things done. Thank you. The bonus was getting to see all the other Lucids there.

5 stars to Lucid Service Dept. Service was prompt friendly, caring, and professional. Trevor welcomed us and handled our issues immediately. I would highly recommend purchasing Lucid. They take care of you.

I traded my Tesla after 8 years. I regret it. I recently switched from Tesla to a Lucid Air because I wanted a more luxurious EV. The car is beautiful, comfortable, and has great driving dynamics--but the software experience has been incredibly frustrating. The main screen repeatedly fails to connect or shuts off. Think about that: I'm driving a car marketed as a cutting-edge luxury EV, yet I can't reliably use the main screen. What makes it even more frustrating is the customer service experience. Went for test drive Tuesday and I loved the car. When I told the girl I was on my test drive with i was interested and ask her to check on leasing terms. So I could move forward. She ever got back to me. In hindsight sight probably a good thing looks like on reviews I saw getting service is a nightmare. Looking back I had to park way down the street was an indication of a company overwhelmed.

Our car has had nothing but problems. Can't even get in the car or drive the car reliably not to mention the other endless glitches. For a car of this cost that is ridiculous and what's worse is this service center treats you with no courtesy or respect when you've had problems for months. Spend your money elsewhere.

I'm super disappointed about Lucid and their qualification as a car seller. Their customer service is so poor that I'm now considering legal action. Bought a Lucid gravity in Dec 2026, originially trying to do financing but didn't work out so paid in full. But Lucid issued a title with the lien holder as the bank, whom I didn't at all borrow from. After over 5 months of waiting and multiple attempts to get answers from their customer service, they called today asking me to wait for another 6 weeks, as we "may" be able to get... read more

Let's start by saying I own a Lucid GT and have been an investor since CCIV. My first experience with Lucid was in December 2021 when I placed an order for my car which took almost 1 year, Derek was fantastic as everyone was at the time. Speed up to December 2025, everything has changed, unfortunately. No more Derek, now Youssef was my new point of contact. We have a new Gravity. Drives great, but not yet ready to have been released. There is basically no software beyond a speedometer and a radio. GPS doesn't work, heat is intermittent, this car requires a fob- you receive one at time of delivery- and small card keys which don't work. No Apple CarPlay. I'm sorry I rushed to get this car.

The service is horrible. They are understaffed and overbooked. I could not get an appointment to fix my entertainment/infotainment system for two months. When I did show up the appointment, they did not have a loaner car for me, which I was assured I would have when I bought the car and I was told it would take a week to fix the problem. This is perhaps because they had so many other cars in the Service Center that there was a severe backlog.
