I ordered a Lucid Air Touring from this location in Century City and just took delivery recently. I worked with Amanda and she was hands down the best sales representative I've worked with so far. She was not only so helpful throughout the process but she was also so kind and considerate enough to message with me personally about any questions or concerns I had even on her day off. Stopped in with the kids while we were contemplating getting the Lucid. They had a nice spacious showroom. For end of the year, start of a new year they were packed. Unfortunately, they didn't have many people working so it was quite a wait to speak to anyone. It was nice to get to see the car and sit briefly in it.
Sebastian and his team made an undecided customer like me go for a Lucid Air by giving me the best possible options and finding the right car. That was a great customer service experience and I highly recommend them.
Sebastian at the Century City location was terrific. He was attentive to my needs, never pushy and even communicated with me on his days off. I highly recommend asking for Sebastian if you're in the market for a Lucid.
After a couple months of deliberation I finally bought an Air Pure and it's amazing. If you're in the LA area go to Century City mall and talk to Sebastian, super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and Communication has been amazing. Highly recommend
My buying experience with Sebastian for my new Lucid Air was terrific and highly recommend asking for Sebastian when you are ready to buy or lease yours, the car is amazing and the personal sevice made the experience even better. Even though the transaction is all on line Sebastian made sure the right car was processed and that my referral incentives were properly applied. He even test drove the car with me to make sure it fit into my garage.
