My boyfriend and I went to the Westfield Century City mall for dinner and as we were walking around we saw the Lucid Studio. Intrigued by the modern atmosphere we decided to go inside to preview the car. We could not believe the customer service we received from Ryan. He was not only welcoming, but very informative in a gentle manner. To add, he went above and beyond to extend his wonderful customer service to us which sparked our interest in the car. Great Lucid studio with fantastic staff. Helped answer all of my questions and got me reserved for my Lucid this coming year.
Came to Westfield Century City just to visit this showroom. I ended up pre-ordering one of these because I was debating on the Model S, Taycan or the Lucid. I ultimately decided to go with this one because it had much more trunk room on the Taycan and it was practical for me.I didn't go with the Taycan because it's not a family car, it was uber fast and fun (if the roads were like a racetrack)---but I kind of wanted a car where I can relax and not a nausea kind of feeling. What a joke... Lucid is my wife's dream car... we were in the century city mall and I thought "Hey honey, we shoukd go take a look so you can see what the inside feels like". Walk in, they have two cars on display, but both are filled with unsupervised kids playing musical chairs between seats basically preventing any additional customers from being able to look at the vehicles.... no sales associate bothered to see if we needed assistance and no one took note that the vehicles were basically inaccessible to potential shopp... read more
Horrid. No one tells you repairs or regular services take over a month. New Lucid Gravity stopped dead in 65mph traffic flow on highway. Extremely dangerous. 3 kids in the car. Now 3 weeks and still no one has fixed a thing. DO NOT BUY LUCID unless you're looking for a huge headache!
Poor customer service I was just there 30mins ago. No customer inside but me and completely ignored me like they didn't see anybody. Wow, I'm impressed how they treated me badly. Not recommended to go there at all. Don't dare if you want to be disappointed like me.
So stupid. My Range Rover lease expires next month and I'm choosing between a lucid and a Tesla (or at least, I was). Walked into the Tesla store with my kids and was welcomed with open arms. My kids were excited to check out the model X and engage with the staff. Walked into lucid and had the exact opposite experience. They were annoyed from the second we walked in and told me that my kids are not allowed to touch the cars. Apparently, families looking to buy cars aren't welcome here! If I could give it 0 stars, I would. My family and I walked into Lucid excited. My husband wanted to check out Lucid in person. We wanted to see the vehicles, sit in them, and get a feel for what would work for our family. So imagine our surprise when my husband sat in a car with our two kids, a staff told us loudly that "kids aren't allowed in the car." Excuse me? Wtf? You're selling family vehicles to families but kids aren't allowed to sit in the car?!!!... read more
I have been waiting two years for Lucid to bring out the Gravity. During the LA Auto Show the Gravity was shown. Several reviews. Lots of info on line. But I got an email that they would have one available in Century City during Christmas week. So I drive down from Camarillo for a chance to check out the Gravity. My surprise. It is roped off.
