The restaurant has such a cozy yet modern vibe. The service, food and overall experience were excellent. Highly recommend and looking forward to returning on our next visit!
We made a reservation at Lucie for 6:30 p.m. Saturday night, before we realized that the Red Sox game started at 4, and not 1 p.m. When I requested a change to 7:30 p.m., I was told that the only available seating for 5 was at the bar, so I took that. We ended up arriving by 6:30 and the place was mostly empty. We asked for, and were seated at, a table, and the place never filled up at all. Lovely setting for Sunday Brunch. Nice variety on the menu. Attentive wait person who checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. I ordered the omelet and the fruit bowl. Yummy, well prepared eggs and the fruit was perfectly ripe with the portion ample enough to share. We will return!
Everything was great! Met up with some friends for dinner before a reunion event. Cocktails were delicious. The food was amazing! The service and atmosphere were great!! We will definitely be back when we are in the area!
Lovely place with great lighting, serene room, nice tables. The food is A plus- the menu is not big but it is interesting and thoughtful. The staff were outstanding in their approach and their recommendations- we had a great meal and a great time. Wines by the glass were the only slight downside - the reds were all California (but for one SA Malbec); but that’s a tiny quibble. This was our 3rd visit and won’t be our last.
Despite having confirmations and re-confirmations, we arrived at LUCIE to find that it was CLOSED. We traveled in from Wellesley and paid a fortune at the Pru to park. Very unhappy. UPDATE: We were the very happy guests of Mr. Nicholas Calias, Director of Food and Beverages of Lucie, who apologized for the SNAFU and treated us to a delicious dinner. Great service from Emily. Nice location near the Marriott Copley place and quiet so that you can have a business meeting.
The food and service were excellent but the noise level was overpowering and very unpleasant.
