Lumio is a larger solar company that isnt going to be out of business like a lot of these fly by night companies. This becomes a huge factor once that glass has been installed on your roof. Not only do they provide an excellent warranty and customer support, your system is installed in 3-4 weeks. Youre not waiting months to start saving money. Going solar has allowed me to completely remove my power bill (with the exception of the grid fees) and become ************ plant. Thanks Lumio!!!

Very transparent and professional. It was a pleasure getting to work with the whole team to get the system installed and running. They take care of almost everything and are very knowledgeable about all aspects of the process from planning, to financing, to installation. The entire team of sales/after sales/installation was great. I was kept informed of each step through emails and the app, with some phone calls. The installation team was one of the best I have had. Efficient, cleaned up everything after completion of the job and answered detailed technical questions I had without any hesitation. The Lumio staff were very willing to share information about the system and I came away with a new awareness of solar systems. I asked many questions and each one was answered carefully in an informed way. It did take a long time to get an appointment for installation so not a completely seamless process but these days I am sure there are shipping and delivery challenges on all levels. I still have not seen electric bills so can not determine if there will be a savings. Kind of early to be making a recommendation.

We had a great experience with Lumio. The entire process took almost exactly the month that out sales rep suggested. That's from signing to getting it turned on. No, we don't have $0 power bills (yet)....it's winter in Washington! I have no doubt that our panels will be producing this summer and banking some kilowatts for next winter. Even on some sunny winter days we are making more than we use.
