Difficult to communicate with Lumio Staff. Lots of questions, when will I begin seeing a reduction in my power bill? How come I was limited to only 10 panels?

I wouldn't have thought I would be receptive to someone knocking at my door trying to sell me solar, because I have spoken with numerous reps and they all wanted to sell me a huge array. Lumio's **** *************************** listened to me and offered me a product which piqued my interest. I also interviewed a competitor and came to the conclusion Lumio was the right company for me.

Actually, I give 4-1/2 stars. *****, my sales rep and ******, the project rep was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had been there from beginning to end. If I ever had a question or concern, they quickly responded and was very diligent in resolving the issue. Why the 1/2 star deduction? 1st, the issue with a double hold on my credit card for the deposit amount. The hold decreased the allowable amount I could spend on my cc.
