I have wanted a solar system for over 20 years and it all came together in the last year. Lumio came to my home for a short visit and then called within a few days to sent a sales rep out. Both of those where a very pleasant experience. The waiting was the hardest part, not on lumio but the local government to ***** a building permit.The install took less than 3 hours. Happy with the end results. The installation process was somewhat fraught but once that was resolved the system is saving me money each month. I would consider Lumio on another home.

I have had a great experience with Lumio. My situation with my solar panels took some extra time and I had a designated person who responded within minutes every time I emailed. She followed through with answers or gave me the person I needed to speak with about my issue. Lumio came through with a great solution for me and my power bill dropped to the lowest possible bill they have because I am collecting enough energy to give back to the power company.
