Wonderful experience these bad reviews should not be looked at as a company in a whole but a bad sales man experience *************** and I love their process they wont sell to you unless it makes since best solar company out!!

We have a gate on our property and had it open, a ****** pulled into our driveway and a young woman got out. That was the start of our Lumio relationship. She is petting our dogs, and talking to us about solar. Very informative and we set up an appointment to talk with a salesman. We had gotten a quote one other time and were not impressed, everything was done via phone. The overall quality of the panels and the electric service they provide has been stellar. I have a feeling that the company is so busy they have a hard time keeping up with follow-up service calls. I had an issue with my electric panel, and one breaker in the house continually going off. It took about three weeks to resolve this problem. Otherwise, I've been happy with the reliability of the service I get.

All of the Lumio employees have been very supportive and always kept you informed about what needs to be done. All of the staff that were at my house were very professional and took care of my property and did an outstanding job in all of the installation processes. I am glad it is all done and the electric bill is a lot less than before solar. Thanks to all of the Lumo family.
