The entire experience was easy and comfortable. From the initial contact (with ******), contract signing with (*******************), Engineering and planning, Permitting, and Installation (with *****), each step of the way was easy and smooth. All of the representatives were courteous, helpful (answering my questions) and displayed knowledge of the product (again explaining the process and what comes next). Very impressed with everyone from the "cold call" rep to company rep to site surveyor! All were polite, very friendly and extremely patient in answering our questions. Since our initial consult I have texted the company with several questions and also received a quick response. Excited to get our solar panels installed and hopeful that my interactions with this company will continue to be as easy as this initial stage.
