John was my salesperson. I spoke with him a while ago but, he was very informative. He was confident in his answers to the questions I had. Lumio definitely has a representative (John) that believes in this product. I needed a roof and that process went smoothly, efficiently, and the clean up was great. The rep. worked with me in scheduling. Today, 8/29 I'm getting the panels. Austin talked to me about what was going to happen. He is totally in charge and is taking great care in completing this project.
