I was shocked to look at my bill and see a 3.5% Venue Admin Fee. Called them and first they told me it was for their overhead and then she said no it was a credit card fee. Don’t recall ever being told there was a credit card fee when making reservation and the prices they charge ($21 for a drink) should cover their overhead. Do they expect people to carry that much cash? Food was good but this leaves a real sour taste. Plenty of other places to go that don’t nickel and dime the customer. Adios!

I don’t like being this tough in a review but I have to be honest. The price point was $95 and it was a glorified breakfast buffet at any hotel. The one pasta option was overly salty and was not hot at all. The main problem with everything was the temperature. Everything was luke warm, including seafood and salads. I wasn’t thrilled with my experience at all and I love the Giada brand but this just wasn’t it. I don’t know if this brunch concept will continue as I did not see more than 2 other customers during our seating.

Great food, our party of 6 was happy. Presentation, flavor and quality were spot on. Our server, Brandy, was great but didn’t mention the gratuity was already added on our bill. The auto gratuity was not noted on the menu, only a note that they automatically would add a 3.5% for a Venue admin fee. I couldn’t see well in the dim light but added my $120.00 for a 20% tip and for some reason, grabbed the itemized receipt, which I normally don’t. I later looked at the receipt and saw they had charged me the 3.5% venue fee (?) of ... read more

The lemon pasta is good but overrated for a signature dish. I have made this recipe by Giada and it was better than her own presented to me with only two shrimp. I was asked by waitress if I wanted to pay more and have four shrimp. Good shrimp are not that expensive …it good pasta lacking seafood flavors. The restaurant is pricey so an attitude of counting shrimp is just cheap!

Our entrée was coded with salt. It was served Cole did not cooked in the middle the restaurant was very loud and did not represent the ambience that we expected the valet parking team did not complete their process of sending us a text message and then when we finally received our car, they took a payment for $20 even though the payment was supposed to be $12 and they did not give us back the change to decide how much or if we want to add a tip. When I asked about it, they were somewhat resentful that we were even asking

Below average. Hard to have a conversation because the stay kept interrupting to ask if everything was ok. Hostess stand was not friendly at all. Food was average. Restaurant/hotel is in the parking lot in front of Macys at the mall. Zero atmosphere outside and inside is ok. I will not go back - not sure what all the hype is about.

We went to Luna by Giada for my husband’s birthday. The hotel was beautiful and already decorated for Christmas on November 2nd! Our reservation was for 7:30 but our table wasn’t ready so we sat in the charming bar before dinner and was told we would be texted momentarily. We were still waiting 45 minutes later and had to search for someone to assist us. It was extremely noisy in the restaurant . Our server was not overly knowledgeable about the menu and the sommelier was not extremely knowledgeable about the wine. We ordere... read more

Superb service and attention -however the food was lackluster, tasteless and even poorly cooked (shrimp). The ambience is lacking- and is more of a “cafeteria style” where we were seated. It was very clean and wait staff (Shereese) was amazingly attentive and knowledgeable and the manager even fixed the uncooked shrimp -right away by removing from tab. We had high hopes- a bit of a let down. Note to management- we noted young “runners” bring food to tables holding plates well below their waists- and to the side not out in fr... read more
