Their irrigation crew hit a gas line during installation without calling for utility locates first. We're filing an official complaint and consulting a lawyer about the safety violation and resulting property damage.
Their chemical spray drifted onto our neighbor's organic garden and killed a season's worth of crops. The neighbor is threatening to sue us and Lush Landscape jointly, and we've had to get legal counsel involved.
Crew tracked mud through our garage because they refused to use the side gate we specifically requested.
Called four times to reschedule a missed appointment and never got a callback. Extremely frustrating experience.
The 'landscape design consultation' was just a five-minute walk-around with no real plan provided afterward.
I was injured on your premises due to a hazard your staff ignored after I reported it. I have medical records and photos. My attorney will be in touch.

Business response:
Lush Landscaping Centerville is it
Staff was unhelpful and the wait was way too long. Expected better for the price.
