I wish I never booked their services. The guy they sent ruined my petunias! I would have done a better job than him with my eyes closed
Horrible service! They came and ruined my garden. Joe, who came to tend my back garden, didnt know anything about caring for plants. Would not recommend their service to anyone.
Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience at Lush Land. There were several issues that affected the overall experience. I hope they work on improving the quality and service.

The landscaping looks okay, but the experience wasn't smooth. Scheduling was difficult, communication was inconsistent, and the final outcome didn't fully match what was promised. I don't think I'll use their services again.

They cut through TWO sprinkler lines while planting bushes and didn't even tell me. I found out when my water bill was $300 higher than normal. When I confronted them, they denied it and refused to pay for repairs. Absolutely zero accountability.
The design was good, but communication throughout the project was inconsistent. We experienced delays and had to follow up multiple times before the work was completed.

The team installed the garden lighting incorrectly, causing several short circuits. Electrician had to be called to fix their mistakes. Way too expensive for the quality of work provided.

They applied weed killer and accidentally killed my entire vegetable garden. Management was unapologetic and refused to offer any compensation for the damage they caused to my property.
