Crew tracked mud through our garage because they refused to use the side gate we specifically requested.
The 'landscape design consultation' was just a five-minute walk-around with no real plan provided afterward.
Called four times to reschedule a missed appointment and never got a callback. Extremely frustrating experience.
One of their workers was injured on our property because they didn't secure the equipment, and now we're being told we're liable. We've contacted our homeowner's insurance and our attorney about this.
