Cancelled my annual maintenance contract last week and hired GreenEdge instead. Lush had every opportunity to fix the drainage issue they caused but never followed through. Done.

Disputed the charge with my credit card company after Lush refused to refund for a job they never completed. Already moved on to another landscaper. Would not recommend to anyone.

I tried to get my lawn cleaned up and look nicer. But the team from Lush Landscaping felt unreasonably short in meeting my expectations. I tried calling them to provide my feedback, but I was answered by a ROBOT. I am thinking of switching to their competitor, maybe then they will understand.

Scheduling is a nightmare with this company. They use an outdated system and appointments often get lost or double-booked. Spent more time coordinating than actually getting the work done.

Lush Landscaping overcharged us by over 40 percent from the original estimate with no valid reason given. When we disputed the charges they became hostile and unprofessional on the phone.

The grass trimming near our garden beds was sloppy and they accidentally cut several of my perennial flowers. They apologized but it did not fix the damage already done to our garden.
