Hired them for a complete garden redesign and it was a disaster. Plants were placed in wrong locations and most died within weeks.
Not impressed with the lawn care service. They forgot to trim around the fence and left without completing the work.
They showed up 3 hours late and then did a rushed job on my lawn. The edges were uneven and they left clippings everywhere.
The lawn mowing was okay but they missed several spots. Had to call them back twice to finish the job properly.
Terrible service! They damaged my flower beds and never came back to fix the mess they left behind. Complete waste of money.
Signed a year-long lawn care contract with Lush Landscaping and regretted it immediately. Missed visits, untreated weeds taking over my lawn, and a billing department that somehow still manages to charge on time even when the crews don't show up. Would give zero stars if I could.
The landscaping design they proposed was generic and clearly copied from a template. Nothing personalized to my yard or my preferences. After pushing back, they made minor changes but still planted things I specifically said I didn't want. Communication throughout was poor.
Showed up with the wrong equipment for the job, left after 30 minutes, and still charged me for a full service visit. When I reviewed my security footage, I could see they barely touched half the property. Called to dispute and was basically called a liar. Shameful.

They installed a retaining wall as part of a landscaping project and within three months it was already leaning. Called them back, they said it was due to 'natural settling.' I had another contractor look at it who said it was poorly installed from the start. Very disappointed.
