I contracted Lush Landscaping for weekly lawn care and they showed up maybe twice a month — if I was lucky. My grass was overgrown half the time and I was still being billed for full service. Had to cancel and dispute charges with my credit card company.

The team showed up on time, which I appreciated, but the quality of the landscaping work was average at best. Plants were placed without any real design sense, and one of the shrubs was already wilting when they put it in. Expected more for the price.

Lush Landscaping ruined my backyard. They installed sod that wasn't properly graded, and now every time it rains, water pools right next to my foundation. Getting them to come back and fix it has been a nightmare. I've had to hire another company to redo their work.

Paid for a full lawn care package and received mediocre results. The edging was sloppy, clippings were left all over the driveway, and they knocked over my mailbox without saying a word. Not worth the monthly fee.

These guys are completely unreliable. Scheduled a landscaping consultation, took time off work, and no one showed up. No call, no text, no email. When I finally reached them, I got a half-hearted apology and a reschedule that they also missed. Terrible business.

My lawn looks worse now than before they started. They over-fertilized and left brown patches everywhere. When I brought it up, the crew acted like it wasn't their problem. Very disappointing for the price I paid

Absolute disaster from start to finish. They dug up my garden beds without marking utilities first and damaged an irrigation line. Then tried to charge ME for the repair. Do not recommend under any circumstances.

The lawn care service started out okay but quickly declined. They began cutting corners — literally missing entire sections of my lawn. When I called to complain, I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then told a manager would call back. Still waiting.

Hired Lush Landscaping to redesign my front yard. They showed up two hours late, left equipment all over my driveway overnight, and the plants they chose were completely wrong for the climate. Half of them died within a month. Save your money and go elsewhere.
