The overall experience has been satisfactory in all areas.
The facility is very nice and the staff are nice.
I feel that the physical therapy is exceptional and she is willing to participate. The food is good.
The staff is very friendly and if you ask for something they get it. A few times you have to wait for things. The food is not really good but overall it is a good place.
The staff has been talking with me all along. The nursing care has been fine and the medications have been on time.
They've been amazing. The only thing negative has been that my mother says the food is terrible. The service is good. Their nurses and nursing care is amazing. The facility is gorgeous and very clean.
The help is very poor at night and on the weekends and communication between the family and the departments needs to be better. I feel like I am dragging it out of them.
It is decent for the most part but there is always need for improvement.
Most of the people there were very helpful. There were some quirks when my loved one first got there - nobody was on board to help him with anything at first.
