I am happy with it.
It was extremely clean and well-kept. The staff was very informed and educated, and they were very kind.
The OT and PT are very good. The arrival on the weekend was not good but it is good now after we talked with them. The night nurse was good and got the doctor on the phone.
This time around I have been pleasantly surprised by the Mills Pond experience. So far, we have not run into any issues. When I dropped my mother off at this facility I immediately had a much better vibe. The rooms are cheerful and beautiful, and the TVs in the rooms are much bigger. They even broke out a brand new air mattress for my mother. It is always good to have nice, clean new stuff. From my first impression and I am much happier with this facility.
The people are lovely and very responsive.

The facility and customer service are very good. The facility is under renovations and the areas they've finished are very aesthetically pleasing and clean.
Everybody is extremely friendly and attentive. This is my loved one's third rehab stay and this is the best facility she has been in!
So far it seems good. The place is clean and well lit. The people are friendly and my father seems to be taken care of.
