Great customer service, when getting our pool remodel finance they walked us through every way. If I had an issue they jumped right on it and resolved it. I highly recommended them.

I am really happy with our loan. We are almost done with the pool. Lyon has been very helpful making sure there were no issue between payments and helping my contractor get paid when needed.

If you are considering who to choose for a pool or home improvement loan use Lyon. Dont use HFS! They did a bait and switch with us. They quoted me a rate then doubled it stating that rates have gone up. They waited until my pool was about to be installed before sending me the contract. I think that is a tactic to get you to sign out of desperation. Luckily I read the contract and was willing to wait. Oh yeah HFS didnt even tell me the rate changed. What a great company to work with! Initially we were going to use another well know 3 letter company but switched to **** after many many issues. We should have started *********. With **** we have had 0 issues. They are transparent, quick to answer any questions and just really a great company. Not to mention they gave us a phenomenal rate. I would highly recommend Lyon for any home improvement loan needs!
