A bit disappointed, the application process is fairly simple and we got a quick response. The interest rates however are incredibly higher that we expected almost 15%. I was quoted by 2 other companies for way less. When I called to ask for an explanation they just stated thats the rate for your credit score (almost 700). Would have liked to use them as they cam highly recommended by our pool builder but the rate is just crazy as compared to the other approvals I received.

We were robbed of time, efforts and a pool. We did everything they asked. They looked for every excuse to deny the loan since the prime rate went up. At the end they said we didnt reply yes to one email we never received. The lady told my wife please sign the email and we doubt you will make it work since its the long weekend and everyone is getting ready to head out. It was Thursday not Friday by the way. C P ************ was presented to very highly by someone so nice! Applied for financing about a month ago. My 3 credit score was over the company requirement guidelines and still wasn't able to get financing because, they only use one credit bureau, which i guess that's how the determine someone credit wardiness with inquiries on my report. I would have inquiries, because I purchased a new built home two yrs ago. Only wish theres another company I could look into. That's was ridiculous!!

They advertise rates as low as ****%. I applied and got a response with my options. I could do a loan in-house at ****% or through an affiliate at 12%. WHAT?! So much for the industry-low rates. These were the highest rated I had gotten out of anywhere I talked to. I said no thanks, and I left a review on here and ******* The negative reviews caught their attention!
