When I run into a perplexing problem, this time it was a power outage that took out both my printer and scanner, I call Rick. So far he has yet to fail me. It took an hour to trouble shoot my system but he got me back on track. Rick is my go to man when it comes to Mac problems!!

A power outage damaged my iMac beyond repair. Rick had set me up with a backup device two years ago so he was able to restore all my data to a new computer. Rick is a iMac wizard and his support was invaluable. Appreciate Rick and MacServices so much.
