We had two printers which we could never get on the wireless system. It took Rick about 10 minutes to have both printers working beautifully printing out from the computer and my phone. "OK What else do you have?" asked Rick. I wasn't expecting that so mentioned a time capsule that was full and needed erasing. Bam..It was done. I have only one regret....I should have had a long list. He is fast, creative and professional...MAKE a LIST....

As always, Rick listened to my problem, worked remotely to help me get back on track. It was a somewhat frivolous inquiry, involving music and photos, but it was very important to me.
