Rick, as always, did a great job. This time it was an upgrade on system, software, etc. on my older iMac. Service and pricing was exceptional. I'm still adapting, learning my way around the upgrades and changes. But, I'm getting there…and am so thankful Rick was able to update while still keeping all my files and services intact.
