Just about everyone I know who uses Apple-MAC products uses Rick. I think we have used him for over 20 years. He gets us up and running quickly, supplies new upgrades when needed and sets them up to run properly. Do not retire RICK!!! We need you.

Looks like the printer and backup problem is resolved. Buying a new laptop will be another challenge for Joan. Oh yeah, the last name end with "bary" not "berry".

Rick, as always, did a great job. This time it was an upgrade on system, software, etc. on my older iMac. Service and pricing was exceptional. I'm still adapting, learning my way around the upgrades and changes. But, I'm getting there…and am so thankful Rick was able to update while still keeping all my files and services intact. I was concerned about the move from iTunes to Apple Music. But, despite some minor glitches, my files are intact and available…and I'm able to enjoy my music as usual. That's a blessing.
