Rick was fantastic, as usual. He listened to my problem, did what he could while on the road, said he'd call later in the day (a Saturday, no less) when he was back in his office. He called, logged in to my Mac, figured out the problem, researched a backup drive replacement and gave me info on where to order it. When the drive arrived, he installed it remotely and it works perfectly. Problem solved quickly, easily, expertly.

I'd purchased a used Mac from Mac Services 10 years ago ... Started to show its age, but what a life! I checked in with Mac Services and, said to Rick, I trust you - What should I do?
