Ruined dinner for my sons birthday party. Found hair all in the pizza. Threw all the pizza away. Got our money back but still does not makeup for the disgust. We wont order from them again.
Ruined my Christmas Eve dinner . Called twice. Lied and told me it would come in 45 minutes. Ended up going in and demanded my food. Pizzas over cooked and dry. I placed and order a few days before Christmas eve to be delivered at 6 PM on Christmas eve, when they didn't show up I kept calling but couldn't get through. When I finally did they apologized and said they wouldn't be able to make the delivery. This was for 12 people. They said they were told to keep taking orders even though they were over sold, which make no sense. Christmas day and no food!! Merry Christmas Maciano's

I have been a customer since you opened, I mostly order for delivery or pickup and many times I catered when I had people over for dinner at home. The food is always excellent and probably the best pizza around. The chicken portions for the entrees have gotten smaller and smaller and I noticed that over the years. We normally love the pizza but it wasn't so good today.
We've given Maciano's multiple chances over the past year. 80% of the time they forget the pop or appetizers. The pizza is hit or miss. Tonight, the tiramisu looked like it was stepped on. Lol. I can't pay $33 for a pizza and smashed dessert any longer. So long Maciano's!!
Don't buy gift cards from them,, they seem to have forgotten to tell me this,, purchased $130.00 in gift cards, thinking I can use them at any location,, NO YOU CANT,,, I was beyond embarrassed unfortunately by the Rockford location when I tried to pay my bill, was told by Rockford that " cards are only valid at place of purchase" you can't use it here.
