went in on Halloween only people in there we had to go up and get our own napkins cuz we got appetizers that were horrible just thrown on a plate freezer burnt jalepeno poppers. Couldnt even get something to drink..The ladies were so busy thinking they were cute in their costumes. Pizza wasnt even good anymore. aaWhat happened

I'm saddened to say that Maciano's has lost my business. I ordered a pizza online and somehow it went through Grubhub but I was actually picking the pizza up. I received a text from Grubhub that my pizza was ready. Went to pick it up and there wasn't any order processed. The manager indicated Grubhub usually calls them with the order. So the manager indicated I should call Grubhub to get reimbursed, however, I still wanted my pizza. Grubhub is rude and told me it wasn't their problem that Maciano's messed up. your employees don't "cook" correctly, your managers don't give a darn if you call to complain (I'm guessing because they are tired of getting yelled at)..the best thing this place could do is close it's doors. I shouldn't have to wait an additional hour to eat my dinner because your staff can't follow directions.

We have had poor service multiple times. Tonight against better judgment we went for my sons birthday because he requested to go.We stood there for 10 minutes before being spoken to or receiving a table (plenty of tables and employees) and then once seated - sat there for 15, while everyone around us was greeted and served. SERVICE IS POOR, ATTITUDE WORSE, AND FOOD IS NOT WHAT IS REPRESENTED ON MENU OR BY STAFF... My husband used to dine in at least once a week for their “chicken chopped salad w/house dressing”. so on new years eve my girlfriend and I came here, and after sitting over 10 mins with no service we left. fast forward to may 1st, and we decide to give it another chance because I've always said they have great pizza. well we sit down and yet again another 6 mins and no service(let it be known there are 7 total tables here including us). finally get a waiter, and we place our order of two drinks, 1 pizza, and one order of breadsticks. breadsticks arrive before our drinks, and they are cold. Always get the order wrong and terrible customer service. Preordered food yesterday and it was still 45 minutes late! Had a house full of hungry people for my daughters birthday. Still waiting on the manager to call...
