The Madison Honda service department has declined drastically in Quality Service and Repairs. I bought 4 brand new tires with a Wheel Alignment and they gave me the car back with an off center aligned steering wheel and damaged the leather wrapped wheel from the apparatus they use to do the alignment. I brought the car back they realigned the steering wheel and offered to have their repair guy look at it at their convenience not mine. Had a few good experiences with Madison Honda. The last experience was not so. The dealership had my car for over 3 weeks for a spot paint recall. During that time my car was driven over 170 miles. Two calls to the service department to discuss this and no response. Am now in contact with Honda motors and they seem to be interested in helping with my concern. Quite disappointed.
Your hourly labor rate is expensive!

Bought a HRV for our granddaughter. We live near Pittsburgh PA. Gave them a PA teachers credit union check. Have used same method with Bobby Rahal Mercedes and also in Ohio. No problem. This dealership didn’t follow procedure for depositing it and therefore have held up sending the title to Harrisburg PA. We have always been given the paperwork to register the car ourselves, but not in New Jersey. They lied to us two weeks ago and said the paperwork was sent. Worst customer care. They treat you so poorly. So rude and harsh behavior. Of course, everyone is here to buy the best he/she can. Not sure of their services. I would never recommend them.
Be honest! Because of the poor way I was treated after spending two hours of my time, walking around aimlessly with an unethical sales person, I am out a vehicle I want. I have now notified my friends whom purchased vehicles at your place of who knows what. Guess what, they will no longer go there! That is 5 people thus far, and one was coming today. I referred them to VIP on rt 22.
